© SUBMITTED PHOTO The lighting of a menorah ice sculpture.To celebrate the 2020 Hanukkah season, Chabad House of Clinton, an organization dedicated to spreading Jewish awareness and education, will be hosting a public menorah lighting on Thursday, Dec. 10. The menorah will be constructed entirely of ice blocks and stand nine feet tall.
Sculpted by ice carvers at The Ice Farm, the giant menorah will be assembled during the day and be ready for the first night of Chanukah, and will be lit at 5 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 10, on the Village Green in Clinton.

There is limited capacity to attend the event due to COVID-19 restrictions and reservations are required by emailing chanukah@chabadclinton.com.

Special prepackaged holiday treats will be served to those who make reservations to attend the first night of Hanukkah celebration.
