Spool requests in SAP can be converted to PDF via program RSTXPDFT4. Find the spool request number that you like to convert using transaction sp01 and execute the program RSTXPDFT4 using transaction se38. The Need for Spool Administration: The SAP system has a printing architecture that needs close administration and monitoring. It is organized in such a way that when users send a print job in the system, the spool work process prepares data in the spool request and generates output requests that contains the formatting details of the printer. The SAP TCode SP02 is used for the task: Display Spool Requests. The TCode belongs to the SPOO package. SAP Print and Output Management Tcodes Full List of SAP Print. SAP transaction code SP02 can be used to display list of spool requests. When you click on the icon displayed on the 'Type' column in the list of 'Output Controller: List of Spool Requests', the document will be displayed in the user's screen.

Options for Archiving

The Spool Control box is located in the spool dialog window. It contains a combo box that allows the user to choose the archiving mode (Print Only, Archive Only, Print and Archive). The parameters in the table below refer to this combo box.
