Hi, i've got a Mac OS X Yosemite with a AMD Radeon HD 6770M 512MB as graphic card. I don't know why there are lots of glitch when i run the game. I meet it in the welcome menu (the play button glitches), and during all the game with invisible button as well. Could you please help me to fix this prob. I've recently upgraded my mac to OS X El Capitan, and I seem to be having problems with my Sims 3 game. Origin logs on normally, at least to me it seems, and it seems to load the game properly until it reaches the main game menu (Where you'd either start a new game, choose what town or previous saved game to play), and a window pops up saying that I need to insert the disk in order to play. However, will I be better off playing the Sims 4 on the bootcamp partition or just install the Sims 4 on OS X? Here are my mac's specs: MacBook Air (13-inch, Mid 2012) 1.8 GHz Intel Core i5 4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 Intel HD Graphics 4000 1024 MB Does/is anyone running the Sims 4 on bootcamp and/or OS X.
The Sims 1 Mac Os X 10.10
Aspyr has released two The Sims udpates. One update is for classic MacOS while the Carbon update will work on OS X and MacOS (if you have CarbonLib 1.2.5 or later installed). The Sims Carbon is an update to the original (1.x) version of The Sims for Macintosh, and as such requires an existing installation of the The Sims 1.x. The Sims Carbon cannot be used to update an existing installation of The Sims Livin' Large or The Sims House Party. Once you have installed The Sims Carbon under either Mac OS 8/9 or Mac OS X, you can play The Sims Carbon under either Mac OS environment without reinstalling it. On Mac OS 8.6 or 9.x, The Sims Carbon requires CarbonLib 1.2.5 or later to be installed. Classic Only The Sims The Sims (Carbon OS X) 1.89 MB The Sims (Classic Mac OS 8.x/9.x) 1.29 MB

- The love of The Sims. It is possible to play The Sims 2, 3, and 4 on our computers, but The Sims (1) wasn't so lucky. The game is too old for many computers which breaks my heart. On the behalf of The Sims community, I would like to ask EA to put The Sims (1) on the App Store for all of us to enjoy and restore our nostalgia.
- The update brings The Sims to version 1.1.4, and adds full OS X compatibility for the title. There are still not that many great game titles available for OS X, and the addition of The Sims is a.
